Stages 13 and 14 connect in the center for over 17,800 sq feet of of usable stage space. The building offers 3600 amps of power, an adjustable lighting grid, a dedicated parking lot, and over 15,000 sq ft of production office and support space, including a commissary space, 3 production bullpens, a large conference room, executive offices with large windows and balconies, and additional mezzanine space overlooking the stage.
